Here goes my first ever negativity-free review: Clifton Lock And Key was nothing short of perfect, and being the insane critic that I am, it stumped me when I came to realize that Clifton Lock And Key just didn’t have any flaws. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! Right when I thought it couldn’t get any better, David mentioned that I could get a discount if I produced a coupon that could be found on their site http://www.CliftonLockAndKey.com! You guys are the best!!! Clifton Lock And Key could teach other companies in Clifton, NJ a lesson or two! Five stars!!!!

I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? Clifton Lock And Key Company to call 973-310-9309. A+++

It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Clifton Lock And Key. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Clifton Lock And Key online. We just moved to Clifton, NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Clifton, NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too. Clifton Lock And Key is the company to call 973-310-9309.
