After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Shrewsbury Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! After some kids in the block decided that it was amusing to use my door for target practice, I had no choice but to replace the now battered door with a new one.
