I called Montvale Locksmith Service and asked them if I could come over to their shop to get keys made, however, the dispatcher was gracious enough to insist on providing onsite help. A technician stopped by my place within ten minutes and made keys out of the mobile workshop. Within minutes I had the finished key and it worked seamlessly in my locks. I expected the final bill to carry an extra charge for the onsite service they provided, but it didn’t. I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Montvale Locksmith Service. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Montvale Locksmith Service I talked to a person in Montvale, NJ right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Montvale Locksmith Service has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

First, I live in the Montvale, NJ and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Montvale Locksmith Service and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Montvale Locksmith Service to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!
