Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Millburn Locksmith Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Millburn Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Millburn Locksmith Store !!!

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. Can’t praise them enough! Midland Park Locksmith Store put up with my absurd requests and I’m sure no one else would have! I’d just spent a fortune on getting my home décor right and I wasn’t gonna let a couple of old rusted locks ruin the entire look. Thankfully, Midland Park Locksmith Store understood exactly what I needed. Eric spent a substantial amount of time sifting through a huge collection of locks he had in his mobile workshop and found the perfect fit for me! The new locks look great! I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Millburn Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Millburn Locksmith Store ! :)

After a string of bad experiences with locksmiths - some were rude, some were late, some were pricey, some were complete scamsters – I thought I’d never find a good service firm.
