I gave Arturo of Arturo's mobile mechanic over $3000 to do some repairs to my truck. After he brought my truck back I let him know it wasn't right. Four missed appts later, he stopped answering my calls, texts, emails, and ignored inquiry from the BBB on a complaint I filed. I am not the only one that paid him for repairs that were not properly done and he made no effort to correct, even under warranty. He blocked us on FB after we left reviews about our experiences. I now am in the process of suing him since he will not respond to attempts at amicable resolution.
