If the guy's name is Elgreco, make sure it is not Edward. Eddy seems to know everything but doesn't finish his job, didn't even pull permits. Paid him 40 thousand, unfortunately before he finished. He also installed a heating burner that i was supposed to get the rebate from national grid for. Except, it didn't qualify
