I had signed a contract with this company in January, 2018. I needed to sell a house prior to work for the finds of this addition. Joe was paid the first installment and work began in June, 2018. As of this date, August, 2019, the addition is only about 70% completed. The contractor has abandoned my project, after I have paid him about 97% of the total cost to complete. I have had his subs come to my door asking for money, because they were told by Joe that I had not paid him. This is totally not true. Since September, 2018. I was promised completion dates that were constantly put off another month. Month after month this happened. Please be sure to visit the ROC of Arizona's website. There have been two other complaints filed after mine. His bond has been cancelled. He may of had a good thing going in the past years, but that ended in 2018. It will cost me thousands of additional funds to get this completed.
