MARTIN J. BACKMAN, M.D. MEDICAL CORP Dr. Backman has been practicing medicine for more than 35 years. He attended medical school at National University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He completed a 4 year residency in Neurology at Erie County Medical Center at University of New York- Buffalo. He completed a one year fellowship at University of South Florida-Tampa and is currently the Director of the Stroke Program at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital (2011-Present). Dr, Backman is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
