Placed an internet order on 12/31/21. Received an email confirmation that has no real information. Paypal was billed by Edwin Novel Jewelry Design for the full amount. Sent two emails and made three phone calls - no response. Web site clearly states that any orders over $5000 (I spent 15,000) are shipped overnight. Not the case. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am opening a dispute with Paypal and my credit card. Very unresponsive business.

My husband had proposed to me over a few years ago with Edwin Novel Jewelry Design and I had called to get it cleaned/polished. Dwayne was able to help me right away and before I knew it, it was in the mail back to me. Looks just as new and very very shiny! Thanks again.

Great thing this company helps their military people not only with the best service but also with a discount! The lady that assisted me was very kind to answer all my questions which came through in the end. Memorable experience for my first time purchasing fine quality jewelry.

I had originally placed an order with Edwin Novel Jewelry Design of an engagement solitaire ring 2 ct 4 prong E VS1 but had a change of mind. Customer service was helpful enough to upgrade the type of metal and shipping carrier, which came out exotic and expensive looking. Presentation style is very professional and neat.

Outstanding! Best prices, top of the line diamonds, and the most helpful customer service that can exist.
