Carol Ruttencutter — 1 starA Trademark Home Design NIGHTMARE !!! 1+ year, contracted for a sunroom Sept. 2016. We stopped construction Feb. 2017. (build was about ½ way) due to obvious poor construction, also declared a teardown by there construction manager, who they sent. Owners Andrew & Arron will not return the thousands of dollars we are owed , tear down this mess, or release us from the contract. Trademark has problems with multiple customers---- We are only one of them. Buyer BEWARE !!! Run, don"t walk AWAY from this company. They have expanded, Do not use 3D roofing, Trademark Bath & Tile, they are all the same company.

It seems we have failed to serve you the way you deserve. This is unacceptable. We want every customer to receive products and services that exceed all expectations. Clearly this time around we failed.
We are currently working on the issue and are doing everything we can to correct it as soon as possible.

This is Trademark home designs 5TH similar statement like this in the last YEAR. SO FAR WE HAVE SEEN OR HEARD NOTHING. Its just a smoke screen to make them look like there taking care of the customers problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!! Kurt R.
