Truthfully I'm still trying to get the technician to look at my AC. We had an appointment last week, but no one came or called. I called 3 times to reschedule but no one returned my calls. My warranty company made another appointment for today. Again, no one showed and there was no call. Maybe after I actually, meet a repairman, I can give a better review.
