New York Lock And Key is fantastic! Prompt, honest, totally chill. I moved into my new apartment a month ago and the locks were pretty crappy to begin with so when my key stopped working consistently, I called New York Lock And Key. It ended up being a little more work than he and I thought, but he was prepared to handle it. Excellent service and my cat loved him too!

Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in New York, NY asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home…

Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in New York, NY asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home and I just couldn’t run around town trying to get the lock fixed. Frustrated, I kept calling a few numbers I found on the net, but to no avail. There were a few that stated ridiculously high call-out charges. Finally I landed up on http://www.NewYorkLockAndKey.com, and to my relief, these guys agreed to come take a look. Within half an hour, Joe got my lock working flawlessly. AMAZING SERVICES! And don’t get me started on the prices! The total bill barely came up to $40. Thank you New York Lock And Key! You guys are officially my go-to locksmith in New York, NY!!!

My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation.

I just bought a new house and wanted to change the locks before I moved my stuff in. My new neighbor suggested I call New York Lock And Key. Great service from these guys! I needed new deadbolts and Eric believed I’d do well to get a Mul-T-Lock installed. He even offered me a great deal on it. I needed something that would match the color of the rest of the locks. . I feared that I’d have to wait for weeks for a custom order in the specific color to arrive. Thankfully, Eric had a huge collection in his van and I found the match in no time. Great service! Eric is incredibly talented. Would recommend his team to all in New York, NY!!!
