I have a history of losing keys. There were just too many of them and I figured that a master key system would be my best option. I surfed the web and landed on https://www.BrooklynLocksmithStore.com. It was evident from the reviews they had that they were good at setting up master key systems and so I called them. The technician, Gary I think his name was, arrived within twenty minutes. He took a look at my locks and started quizzing me as to why I needed the system. After careful consideration, he advised me against it. His argument was this: what if I end up losing the master key itself? Or worse, what if it fell into the wrong hands? I was stumped. I really thought I had the solution to my problems, but turns out, I didn’t. Gary recommended that I install a keypad lock instead. This way, I get to set a memorable code and never have to worry about where I’d kept my keys. Thanks a million for the suggestions and the new lock! If I hadn’t hired Brooklyn Locksmith Store, who knows how much money I’d have wasted on something completely unnecessary. I owe it you guys! The BEST in Brooklyn! Will definitely hire again!!!

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Brooklyn Locksmith Store - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

Don’t know where to start - from the friendly technician who answered my call to the talented guy who came over, everyone was just awesome! Five stars for their services!! No hidden charges, no upsells, completely transparent and honest services. My sister has been their loyal customer for years and after moving to Brooklyn, NY recently, I’ve become one too.
