When I read the staggering amount of positive reviews Brooklyn Locksmith Store had, the skepticism never left me, but now, beyond doubt, I know they deserve every bit of praise. I’ve even scheduled a complete security consultation the next month, and Eric promised me a good discount upon redemption of an online coupon found on their site . The Brooklyn community is lucky to have incredible professionals like Eric!!! Highly recommend.

The guy who came over, Tony, was a complete pro. He knew his job really well. There was no way any other locksmith could have fixed up my MulTlock within minutes the way he did. Have saved their number 718-663-2540 and am definitely calling them in the future.

I have a history of losing keys. There were just too many of them and I figured that a master key system would be my best option. I surfed the web and landed on https://www.BrooklynLocksmithStore.com. It was evident from the reviews they had that they were good at setting up master key systems and so I called them. The technician, Gary I think his name was, arrived within twenty minutes. He took a look at my locks and started quizzing me as to why I needed the system. After careful consideration, he advised me against it. His argument was this: what if I end up losing the master key itself? Or worse, what if it fell into the wrong hands? I was stumped. I really thought I had the solution to my problems, but turns out, I didn’t. Gary recommended that I install a keypad lock instead. This way, I get to set a memorable code and never have to worry about where I’d kept my keys. Thanks a million for the suggestions and the new lock! If I hadn’t hired Brooklyn Locksmith Store, who knows how much money I’d have wasted on something completely unnecessary. I owe it you guys! The BEST in Brooklyn! Will definitely hire again!!!

Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Brooklyn Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Brooklyn Locksmith Store !!!

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Brooklyn Locksmith Store - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. So if you will need a Locksmith Company i really recomend this company they are the best in Brooklyn, NY

I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Brooklyn, NY led me to http://www.BrooklynLocksmithStore.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. But Dave set things right, switched locks with a better one that didn’t even cost me half as much as the previous one. Wish I’d found you guys sooner. Brooklyn Locksmith Store is awesome!!
