Hired Brooklyn Lock And Keys last weekend and I’m floored by their service and professionalism. I needed an extra set of keys for the lock but couldn’t meet them until 6 30 pm, which seemed to be no problem for them. Showed up right on time and made keys out of his mobile workshop. They were a perfect fit! Thanks for the prompt and precise work. The next time I need a locksmith in Brooklyn, it will be Brooklyn Lock And Keys. Have saved their number 718-663-2498 in my phone book, just in case.

A friend of mine lost her purse that had everything – her phone, wallet, keys, and cards. She had to get home to her kids ( whom she had left with a sitter) and needed access to the car. I called Brooklyn Lock And Keys and explained the situation. They sent a technician to the location in quick time. I’d called them around 10 pm and they got there by 10:25 pm. I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Brooklyn Lock And Keys, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. Very reasonably priced too (it would have cost twice the time and money at the dealership). I can’t recommend them enough! No competition in Brooklyn, NY 11223…

After an hour of research on the web for “Ways to recover car keys from inside” and finally concluding that nothing worked, I called up Brooklyn Lock And Keys. Barely twenty minutes after I’d placed the call on 718-663-2498, I had what I needed. Chris didn’t even damage the lock while he was at it and managed to retrieve the keys in no time! Excellent service and great value for money! Will hire again if I ever need a locksmith in Brooklyn..
