I needed an extra set of keys for the lock but couldn’t meet them until 6 30 pm, which seemed to be no problem for them. Showed up right on time and made keys out of his mobile workshop. They were a perfect fit! Thanks for the prompt and precise work. The next time I need a locksmith in Brooklyn, it will be Brooklyn Lock And Keys. Have saved their number 718-663-2498 in my phone book, just in case.

A friend of mine lost her purse that had everything – her phone, wallet, keys, and cards. She had to get home to her kids ( whom she had left with a sitter) and needed access to the car. I called Brooklyn Lock And Keys and explained the situation. They sent a technician to the location in quick time. I’d called them around 10 pm and they got there by 10:25 pm. I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Brooklyn Lock And Keys, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. Very reasonably priced too (it would have cost twice the time and money at the dealership). I can’t recommend them enough! No competition in Brooklyn, NY 11223…

Hired Brooklyn Lock And Keys to rekey the locks throughout the apartment complex. On time, polite and very professional, Jeff got the job done in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his speed and more so with his focus on customer service. Though I’d only asked him to rekey the lock on the gate, Jeff went above and beyond fine tuning the gate hinge to make sure it didn’t slam shut and wake everyone up. So considerate and helpful! I hope this review helped you gain an insight on the competence of Brooklyn Lock And Keys. Trust me, they’re the BEST in Brooklyn, NY, so do give them a shot.

I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come just a few hours later. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was super easy. He was a pleasure to chat with and the price was very fair. I would hire him again in a heartbeat (although I hope I don't have to - ha).

After I got locked out of my master bedroom, I contacted nearly three firms prior to calling Brooklyn Lock And Keys. After waiting pointlessly for around three-hours, I turned to the internet. I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. Wanted a master key system for my home and called these guys from Brooklyn Lock And Keys! After a quick round of questions, Mark from Brooklyn Lock And Keys told me that I shouldn’t opt for one. I had a tendency of losing keys which is why I wanted it in the first place. But Mark figured that I’d be putting my home’s security at risk if I end up losing the master key. I was only giving him business, and he could have easily gone ahead with the request, but he didn’t! I’m stunned beyond words! We all need an honest locksmith like Mark in our lives. Btw, as a solution to my problems, Mark did suggest I get a number-pad lock. This way I wouldn’t lose the keys, as the key would instead be etched in my memory. For the best and most honest advice regarding locks and keys, I suggest Brooklyn Lock And Keys. There’s no better in Brooklyn, NY! FIVE STARS!!!

After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Brooklyn Lock And Keys arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Brooklyn Lock And Keys would be my first port of call! I’ve had their number 718-663-2498 saved up for good measure! You should too! They’re the best in Brooklyn, NY!
