I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Brooklyn, NY led me to http://www.BrooklynEagleLocksmith.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. I called Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Brooklyn, NY are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us! He was thorough, professional, and fast and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommended him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Brooklyn, NY , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Brooklyn, NY that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Brooklyn Eagle Locksmith if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!
