I moved into my new condo a few months ago and kept slacking on adding a deadbolt. Having heard that there were rumored break-ins in my building, I knew it was time to get the deed done. Early on Saturday morning I scanned Online for a reputable locksmith company and came across Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith. I filled out the online form and Tom responded to me in about 30 minutes. He was already in Philadelphia, PA that morning and could be at my place within the hour. Seriously??? Bonus points! When he showed up, he explained the lock he would add to my door and the extra security it would provide. He was extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time he was doing the job. I just moved to a new place and I noticed that previous tenant had been coming back to get his mail. So I figured why not change the mailbox lock and also get the locks to my door re-keyed. The mailbox lock was easy to swap out by myself. But for the re-keying I needed a pro. I checked Online and the only one I found around me with reputable ratings was Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith. They're based in Philadelphia, PA. I called in the morning while waiting for cable guy (who was late as expected) and sure enough they had availability for late afternoon and gave me a fixed price for the job. Dave said he could be there around 5:30 or 6. Fine by me. I get a call from Dave at 4:30 saying he can make it even earlier. Great!!! He shows up at 4:45. The work was quick despite problems with my fancy Omnia locks. He gets the job done and I'm good to go. He even grinded the deadbolt hole to make the lock easier to turn. Great service and I'll be sure to contact them anytime for any locksmith services.

I never realized just how many times I’ve been duped by locksmiths before I met David from Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith. Until that point, I believed that locksmith services were, in general, quite expensive. I found Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith online after browsing through their website http://www.Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith.com and I must say that they changed my opinion of locksmiths for good! The first time I called him in for lock replacement, I’d already whipped out a couple hundred bucks from my wallet because that’s exactly what the locksmiths I’d hired earlier charged me.
