As was the norm with most locksmiths, I expected Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith to take just as many hours to get there but I was in for a pleasant shock, when I found them at my doorstep within twenty minutes. The entry door had gone off track. Eric worked his magic and managed to fix the issue in no time. These guys are great - they're going by Philadelphia-Lock-Locksmith.
I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent.
They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
