When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments Columbus Expert Locksmith had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele… Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasn’t willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement. This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Columbus Expert Locksmith had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Columbus Expert Locksmith first, in future endeavors!

After losing my key for like the umpteenth time, I decided it was time I stopped paying up for copy keys and do something about it. Besides, it wasn’t safe, as my neighbor knowingly pointed out! The guy is very friendly. He did his profession job very well. He arrived early less than 40 minutes. It took him only a minute to pop my locked car to unlocked the door. I like his service. I will recommend anybody to Columbus Expert Locksmith in Columbus, OH
