Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Locksmiths Of Cleveland to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Locksmiths Of Cleveland the best in Town. Thanks Guys!

After finding myself staring at a jammed lock and having been ripped off by countless locksmiths from Cleveland , OH in the past, I decided to use the tools from my tool shed and try out a repair myself. An hour later, my door was left with no lock, and the dismantled lock lay sprawled on the ground, rendered completely useless by my failed attempts. I had no other choice but to give in and call Locksmiths Of Cleveland based on the recommendation of a neighbor. To my surprise, the locksmith who said he’ll be there in 20 minutes, actually got there in less than 10 minutes. That was a first! He quickly got to work, mended the damage I’d inflicted on the lock and got it working within a few minutes. And the surprise didn’t end there! When I was handed over the bill, I glanced at it expecting a triple digit figure only to be proved wrong. Incredible service and low prices! Their website http://www.LocksmithsOfCleveland.com also has great coupons up for grabs. Definitely opting for them again!

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. Every service in world should run their company like Edwardo: COURTEOUS, COMMUNICATIVE, HONEST, MODERN, and RELIABLE. This company is a rare gem.
