After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Cincinnati , OH , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Cincinnati-Locksmith-Security. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Cincinnati , OH that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Cincinnati-Locksmith-Security if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

Friendly staff and the upfront pricing they provide is a plus! I’ve received several shockers from locksmiths in the past. They’ve got this innate talent to add up ridiculous charges to the final bill. In fact, one of them charged me extra because I called him up at 5:30 pm, thirty minutes after regular business hours. I had my reasons for avoiding locksmiths, plumbers, and other servicemen. If you get charged 200 bucks for a job that isn’t worth even half the price, you’re bound to develop an aversion for them. But there are those times, when you’ve got no other go, but to simply give in and break your do-it-yourself rule! After a fallout with one of my neighbors, I needed to get my locks rekeyed and my MulTlocks weren’t that easy to be rekeyed by someone like me, though I’ve attempted installations and repairs in the past. Based upon the suggestion of Tim, a friend who stressed that these guys were quite unlike other locksmiths, I called Cincinnati-Locksmith-Security up after finding their details on http://www.Cincinnati-Locksmith-Security.com. To my surprise, these guys were not only efficient, polite, and quick, they charged me a bare minimum of $40 for getting the job done. Tim was right! These guys really were different!!!! Now here’s a locksmith that I wouldn’t think twice about calling! Great job!! You guys are surely the best in Cincinnati , OH!!!!
