In March of 2017, I called Cadiz Paint and Drywall LLC and spoke with the Owner/Manager (Mr. Eliazer Cadiz), and asked to get a Drywall Estimate for a remodeling project I was completing.
I scheduled to meet with him on a Monday at 1pm, and at 2pm when he never showed up, I called him to see if he was on his way, however he never picked up the phone then sent me a text asking to reschedule.
Now let's skip backward one year earlier....
In 2016, I called Cadiz Paint and spoke with the owner and requested to get an Estimate for a remodeling project I was beginning, then scheduled a meeting.
On the day that we were supposed to meet, HE NEVER SHOWED UP!
I called him back after he never showed up for our appointment, but he didn’t answer the phone. Instead, he immediately sent me a text saying he wanted to reschedule. So I explained to him that I’d left work early to meet with him, and needed for him to make sure that he could meet with me if we rescheduled again. And the 2nd time we were supposed to meet, he showed up 45 minutes late, but did come this time. When I asked him to send me a written estimate, I never heard back from the man again in 2016.
THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNPREDICTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, and I wouldn't trust this LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with one dime of my money. I would suggest to anyone thinking of using this business to do anything, to THINK TWICE, and then find a different more reputable and reliable company. BUYER BEWARE!
