I paid $95 to have to Mr Smoot to run a scan 2 times, he returned it to me saying it was fixed. AFTER it was returned it had new problems, drivers were missing and i couldn't open any programs he came to my house to fix it and blamed my internet and when i showed him my phone ran the internet he told me I had hardware problems and couldnt figure it out. I took it to another repair shop they charged me 75 to remove the malware that John Smoot said he removed and reinstalled the drivers. I called Mr Smoot to tell him what happened and his professional response was to hang up on me. I don't think this man is a crook but I also don't think he knows what he is doing when it comes to computers. Hope this helps
