Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Cincinnati Super Locksmith. Despite John from Cincinnati Super Locksmith insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? I had an entire apartment building that needed to be rekeyed to the master key system before the tenants moved in. It was a humongous task, but Cincinnati Super Locksmith made it look too easy. INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Cincinnati Super Locksmith! I think the guy who came over was Jeff. Very talented and friendly. He guided me through the entire process so I would know exactly what he was doing. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Mike from Cincinnati Super Locksmith was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door.
