Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. But there are those times, when you’ve got no other go, but to simply give in and break your do-it-yourself rule! After a fallout with one of my neighbors, I needed to get my locks rekeyed and my MulTlocks weren’t that easy to be rekeyed by someone like me, though I’ve attempted installations and repairs in the past.
