No reasons to complain at all. I give them a 10/10. Why? First, they agreed to come even without a prior appointment. Second, they got the job completed within an hour, when normally it would take atleast three. And lastly, the prices – they beat off nearly all of their competitors in Dallas, TX and offer the lowest rates in the industry. Hire Dallas Liberty Locksmith, they’re the best!

Here goes my first ever negativity-free review: Dallas Liberty Locksmith was nothing short of perfect, and being the insane critic that I am, it stumped me when I came to realize that Dallas Liberty Locksmith just didn’t have any flaws. Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! Right when I thought it couldn’t get any better, David mentioned that I could get a discount if I produced a coupon that could be found on their site http://www.DallasLibertyLocksmith.com! Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Dallas Liberty Locksmith are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!

Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. You guys rock! Stupendous work indeed…. Got locked out of my car with the keys inside and I panicked. I called my friend who referred me to Dallas Liberty Locksmith. I called them on 469-893-4294 and their customer care executive was ever so polite. He didn’t ask unnecessary questions, but just asked me to ping my location. In another 20 minutes a locksmith arrived and God knows what he did, all it took was a few seconds and the door opened up. When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments Dallas Liberty Locksmith had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele… Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasn’t willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement. Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. The technician from Dallas Liberty Locksmith visited my property, waited for extended periods and when I couldn’t keep my end of the appointment, he had to visit my property again. I finally made it and apologized profusely! When I received the final bill, I expected them to charge for the visits they’ve made, but they didn’t! Thank you so much for being so patient with me! So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from Dallas Liberty Locksmith and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes.
