Good job by Nashville Neighborhood Locksmith! Couldn’t afford to buy a new transponder key, so I was on the lookout for someone who could fix it. Most firms didn’t take up the job simply because it was too much of work for too little money. Thanks to Eric for going out of his way and helping me. Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Nashville Neighborhood Locksmith came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

I just didn’t want to call my car dealer again to replace the faulty key fob. While technology was great, I’d gotten so used to locking/unlocking my car remotely, the lack of it was driving me nuts. Dealerships are a rip off and their slow response is even more irksome. A Honda dealer told me it’ll cost me about $200 but I wasn’t willing to spend that much. I needed someone who’d get the job done quickly and in an affordable price. I found this place online, http://www.NashvilleNeighborhoodLocksmith.com, which had mentioned that they handle stuff like that and decided to give them a call. I expected them to be quicker than the dealer, but definitely not this quick .They were at my place in less than twenty minutes, and I got a key fob replacement in no time. And the whole thing cost me around $70. Well worth the price!
