These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Pittsburgh Advantage Locksmith who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

Pittsburgh Advantage Locksmith has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

It was the worst nightmare come to life. I mean, I’ve read it in papers, heard about it on news , but I never imagined being stuck in a similar situation. I’d just stepped out to order takeaway at a local diner, when I realized that I’d dropped the car keys somewhere. Thirty minutes later, I’d given up, unable to find the keys anywhere. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! Can’t complain about anything when it comes to Pittsburgh Advantage Locksmith! Found their service to be flawless! The rates are low which came as a huge surprise to me. I owned several apartment buildings across Pittsburgh, PA and I knew the standard rates charged by most locksmiths. How these guys manage to provide their services at such low rates is beyond me!!!!
