I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith first, in future endeavors!

I was heading out for a business trip and I wasn’t willing to leave my condo at the mercy of the old cylinder lock on the door. I knew I needed to get it changed. Thanks to Joe from Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith for getting the job done at such short notice. He got there in like ten minutes versus the 30-minute timeframe he’d earlier given. Once he arrived at my place, drilling the hole to make way for the deadbolt and the complete installation took him just minutes. Completely satisfied with the quality of work! Joe is the best in Pittsburgh, PA and I’ll feel 100% confident calling his team again in the future. Would I recommend them? YES!

I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Pittsburgh, PA led me to http://www.PittsburghNeighborhoodLocksmith.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due and hence am taking this time out to write a review for Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith! Best service ever – and the prices are just even better! I’m not from Pittsburgh, PA and when I locked my keys in the car, I had no idea whom to call or what to do. After a quick online search I found great reviews for Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith and called up 412-387-9449. After a brief conversation with the rep, I waited for a mere ten minutes for the technician to arrive. Mark was a complete professional and fun person to talk to! He unlocked my car in seconds and retrieved the keys… Thank you Mark for helping me out in a tough situation! Hopefully, I won’t end up doing the same again, but if I ever need a locksmith again, it’s always gonna be Mark and his team from Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith!!!

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Pittsburgh Neighborhood Locksmith!!! Keep up the great work in Pittsburgh, PA! Five stars all around!!!
