After locking myself out of my cabin, I spent hours retracing my steps to figure out where I’d dropped the keys. When that didn’t work out, I called up my family to check if they had a spare back home, but nope, there wasn’t any to be found. Having exhausted all the options, I turned to the only one that seemed plausible at the moment – I decided to call a locksmith. I googled for a locksmith in Indianapolis , IN. I chose Indianapolis Mobile Locksmith because they had nearly perfect reviews just about everywhere! Let me tell you this, they were indeed as amazing as the reviews claimed they were! When I expressed my concerns to, I think his name was Johnson, he assured me of immediate help and got there within a few minutes. He needed to take a look at the cabin lock. He was in and out of the office before anyone knew it! The entire process took him less than ten minutes! Super quick and very professional! Thank you Indianapolis Mobile Locksmith! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Indianapolis Mobile Locksmith after finding their number on http://www.IndianapolisMobileLocksmith.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Indianapolis Mobile Locksmith! You’re amazing Edward! After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. If you will need a Locksmith in Indianapolis , IN CALL THEM!!!!
