That’s how I found Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith and I’ve been associated with them ever since. Hired them around six times now and they’ve never let me down. Since I worked odd shifts, their 24 hour services meant that I could hire them at just about any time I wanted. Prices are reasonable too.. If you live in Philadelphia, PA, hire them!

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. I think the guy who came in from Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Thank you for having the patience to wait it out and getting the job done! I’ve given plenty of locksmiths in Philadelphia, PA a try, but no one has ever come close to the level of service these guys provided. After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith to all my friends, family, co-workers! All I needed was a spare key that I could hand out to my son so he had access to the house when he returned from school. Gary arrived, complete with all the tools needed for the job and a friendly smile. He got the copy key made in minutes and charged reasonably for it. For all you people who’re dealing with lockouts or critical issues with your locks, if Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith could address the minor issue I had so promptly, I can only imagine the level of service they'd offer in an emergency. Philadelphia Advantage Locksmith were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Nearly 4 firms denied service past midnight, stating reasons such as my concern not being important enough or that my home was too far off from the city! How was it not important enough?
