First rate job – again! This is my second time hiring Philadelphia Neighborhood Locksmith. The first time I needed a door lock fixed and the second, I needed help to get through my own front door. Can’t imagine what’s worse, a locksmith who can’t do his job or a locksmith that charges heavily for a job that’s poorly done! After countless bad experiences, I’d almost given up and had arrived at a conclusion that there was no such thing as ‘great’ locksmith services. But the guys at Philadelphia Neighborhood Locksmith managed to completely reform my notion! Dave was beyond great – polite, friendly and extremely talented, he managed to resolve my query within minutes and charged me next to nothing for it. I’ve since availed their services around three times, and have found them to be extremely competent at their job. I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day.
An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Philadelphia, PA led me to http://www.PhiladelphiaNeighborhoodLocksmith.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. But Dave set things right, switched locks with a better one that didn’t even cost me half as much as the previous one.
