The absolute worst company I've ever ever dealt with. This is my 4th and last time using them. My problem is with their price gouging practice They advertise a low rate for towing starting at $65 and they've towed 3 car for me before for $80 a piece for a 20 mile tow. Today I called them for a 35 mile tow and they charged me $343.54 The loading charge alone was $99 +$15.35 fuel surcharge + $5/mile +$30 for labor First hole in the price gouging is with the load. If your lowest fare is $65 you cannot charge $99 to me just for hookup, and btw I also paid this other place to load the car on the flatbed $60 so all the drive has to do is secure/hookup. The worst part was when I tried to negotiate a price with them the driver threatened to impound my car and also threatened to take a gun out of his truck if I refused to pay on the spot. Needless to say make sure you negotiate with these lowlives before they do anything because they will take advantage of you and $340 is not worth getting a gun pulled on you. There are two parties involved. The dispatch is ok but the driver is terrible and threatened me with a gun, so please beware this guy has a temper and a very short fuse.
