Of all the things I didn’t approve of in my neighbor, this one decision was something that I was actually glad he made! The technician from Boston Express Locksmith was extremely talented. He examined the lock, put forth a couple of suggestions, asked us to make a pick and installed the required lock in no time. He also provided a few tips to maintain the locks and increase their longevity even further. When the bill was handed out, the total amount barely equaled the amount I expected to pay after splitting the bill. Extremely affordable! The best in Boston, MA! Do give them a shot!

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). Boston Express Locksmith is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Boston Express Locksmith’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Boston, MA (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Boston Express Locksmith was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Boston Express Locksmith is the BEST in Boston, MA!!!
