Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Seattle Lock & Safe salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Id’ grown not to trust everything said on the web. So, when I read the rave reviews for this website https://www.SeattleLockAndSafe.net and the locksmith services they offer, I was skeptical. I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called Seattle Lock & Safe, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - Seattle Lock & Safe deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Seattle, WA 98146… Will call again for sure!

He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark! In my opinion, Seattle Lock & Safe is the best in Seattle, WA and I’m definitely calling them again, if the need arises! Highly recommend their service!
