Not only is Mike the nicest locksmith in the world; he's the nicest PERSON in the world. I called Portland Emergency Lock & Safe in the afternoon to inquire about installing a deadbolt. I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come just a few hours later. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was super easy. He was a pleasure to chat with and the price was very fair. What an incredible guy! It barely took Tony ten minutes to fix my lock and get it running once again! My home was located in one of those remote, quiet areas in Seattle, WA and while the serenity was bliss, the cost I had to pay for it wasn’t.
