After a few mails went missing from the mail box, I decided to get locks installed on them. I wasn’t going to fall victim to identity theft! So, I called Atlanta Master Locksmith and asked them to whip up the best locking options for my mailbox – and of course, under budget! Sure enough, Dave installed a top brand lock at nominal charge. Now I can rest easy knowing that all the mail I receive is safe and secure. Will I hire them again? Yes. I read on their site https://www.AtlantaMasterLocksmith.com that they provided locks for garage doors as well. That’s something I plan on acquiring in the near future. FIVE STARS! Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Atlanta Master Locksmith is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Atlanta, GA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and emailed me a picture for evidence to show to the landlord. Couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience.
