I’ve heard all about how good they were, but I just didn’t know they were this good! The technician from Atlanta Doors And Lock took about ten minutes to get there and took less than five to unlock the jammed cabinet. That still left a lot of time on my hands to retrieve the files from the cabinet and prep for the presentation. Awesome work from Atlanta Doors And Lock! They didn’t even charge me anything extra for getting their in super quick time. You can call them on 404-965-0899. Best customer service experience I have had in Atlanta, GA. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Atlanta, GA especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.

Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Atlanta Doors And Lock came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Atlanta Doors And Lock after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Atlanta, GA --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

After a heated discussion with the directors, we finally decided to set aside a budget to revamp the security of our business premises. With the rising cases of break-ins, my fear for safety wasn’t unfounded! My assistant suggested that we opt for Atlanta Doors And Lock. After a quick glance through their website http://www.AtlantaDoorsAndLock.com, I found that they had listed commercial locksmith services as their specialty. They ditched the old locks and had new high-security locks installed instead. Our file cabinets and our mailboxes got new locks too! Great service plus low pricing equals the best customer experience! And that’s exactly what I got from Atlanta Doors And Lock on a fateful night. I desperately needed a locksmith to get to my home and look into the malfunctioning smart lock on my front door. I knew that if I let the issue go, the lock would one day stop operating altogether. The technician, Joe, was extremely quick with his job. He immediately narrowed down the problem to faulty wiring and had my lock fixed in no time. There I was worrying I had to get an expensive replacement! Joe could have easily tricked me into getting one though, but he didn’t! And that’s why I totally love Atlanta Doors And Lock and if you live in Atlanta, GA, do give them a try. Their website http://www.AtlantaDoorsAndLock.com has all their details and they’ve also enlisted discount coupons you can redeem. It doesn’t get any better than this!!!

I’d just moved into this new place and wanted to get my locks replaced. Without further ado, I called up Dave from Atlanta Doors And Lock after finding the contact details on http://www.AtlantaDoorsAndLock.com. The technician came over but wasn’t allowed to proceed with the installation. Apparently, I needed to get the right permission from the owner before I could change the locks. Dave was understanding and didn’t even charge me for the call out. I scheduled an appointment a week later. Thanks to Atlanta Doors And Lock for equipping my apartment with top-grade locks and for the low prices! I highly recommend them to anyone in Atlanta, GA!!!
