The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently. After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Bradenton Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Bradenton Locksmith Store ! :) :) :)

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Bradenton Locksmith Store - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations).
