Art bid and was paid in ful before he would start working he was in the proces of landscaping the front and back yard when he said he needs $500.00 to finish the job...he said the price of sod went up. The landscaping and sprinklers not done correctly he refuses to correct or fix the problems he has yet to return items he left with he has created problems Art' s reply to this was he would pray for me.
