My experience with Leslie has been the absolute worst. I was married on July of 2018. I did not get my pictures til like dec. So excited for them that i didnt even care about all the bullsh*t i had to go through just to get them. When i did get them finally they were of poor quality. She barely captured any great moments and in most photos it includes yhw ceiling of the venue which makes the pictures so unappealing. A good photographer knows how to angle shots. Now i had two photographers that were hired and out of about 500 pictures i would say 20 were ok.. not great but ok so imagine how my wedding photo album looks. On top of that i had to beg and plead. Then threaten. Ive never experienced such bad customer service ever in life. I was promised a photo album of my top choices of pictures and a large photo of me and my husband a year later i have NOTHING! IT MAKES ME MAD TO GO ON HER WEBSITE OR EVEN INSTAGRAM TO SEE ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES AND MINE LOOK NOTHING LIKE THAT. The quality was just terrible. Ive stressed over this for some time now. She doesn't even respond back to emails or calls. And i qasnt even going to write anything negative about her. But again its been a year and the hurt is still there. The memories that should have been provided in picture form were not up to standard. Worst feeling ever!
