How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in Indianapolis , IN and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. That is until Indianapolis Emergency Locksmith came long. I found their website https://www.IndianapolisEmergencyLocksmith.com purely by chance and decided to give it a shot. After all, what harm could it bring? I needed a chain lock on my front door. Barely fifteen minutes had passed since I'd made that call to Indianapolis Emergency Locksmith when my doorbell rang. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. I must say, I've finally found a locksmith that I'm going to stick to forever. Can't recommend them enough!

I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Indianapolis Emergency Locksmith. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
