Al's a very honest and kind person who cares about his clients more than profit. I didn't have exact change so I told him to keep the change and he still pulled out his wallet to give me cash back. When discussing the preference between price and quality for a part that I needed him to order for me in order to get my car started and worth selling, I told him that I didn't want anything special, but also didn't want it to be a temporary fix that would break down on the next person I sell the car to. He was relieved that I wasn't going to ask him to rig it for temporary results because he is genuinely concerned about the safety of the next person who drives it, as well as their family or other passengers. He was prompt with the part order, as well as answering all of my text messages. I'm never confused when he explains things to me, and I get no red flags when I talk to him, as I would with other mechanics I just don't trust. I let my car sit and die due to fear of mechanics and cost, and Al has given me hope. His immaculate feedback rating is what gave me confidence and he's been so quick and effective at resolving the problems that I've been sitting on for years that now I wonder why I ever wasted so much time. He's also very reasonably priced. A mechanic with wings and a halo.
