Drew Manager
· Jan 12
The business is a door to door sales agency, and the Main Manager will not mention that when you’re applying. In basic terms, this is a multi level marketing scam, similar to a pyramid scheme although not quite fitting the category. Stay away from this organization, unless your intentions are to get close to Andrew for one reason or another. This dude will get his very soon. You will make about $400-700 per week, however the pay structure is set up in a way for you to not Get paid until after your third week, so 4 weeks, and good luck getting those final 3 paychecks too after you finally leave this lie of an organization. Yes it is easy to call an organization a scam, but go on glass door, or really any other job recruitment website and see for yourself. Every review calls this organization a scam, and all of those reviews see Immediate responses from Andrew, the manager who claims to be the owner of this business. Positive reviews are written either by Andrew or other employees, which I know because I personally have written 3 positive reviews on Glassdoor alone. Also, and most importantly, watch the documentary on smart circle, the real owners of trademark management and see for yourself. Andrew is not the owner of this business, and never will be. Regardless of how hard he tries to make himself seem as one. Did I lie about anything Andrew? I’m excited to se your response. He lies about hours worked, pay structure, the legitimacy of his marketing clients as he can only work for one client at a time, regardless of how many Fortune 500 companies are claimed to be Andrews clients, and finally, he lies about your opportunity for advancement. Yes, 10-15 years ago there may have been room for advancement, but given the steep and unrealistic requirements for promotion, this man solely relies on his workers to bring in more workers who don’t provide any benefit for anyone besides the main manager himself, making it very similar to a pyramid scheme, although there are opportunities for advancement, if you are able to find about 10-15 people that are able to make consistent sales, but given the fact that after over a year of employment, I have never seen more than 10 people in the office altogether, having that many people on your team is just not realistic, making this a Multi level marketing scam by definition. Stay away from this place.
