I wasn’t aware that my keys were showing signs of a burn out and so, when they broke in the lock, it caught me by unpleasant surprise. Luckily, I had the number of Master Locksmith Store on my phone and rang them up. Like always, these guys delivered as expected. John got there super fast, carefully removed the broken key and made me a brand new set of keys.

I wasn’t really worried about the prices, I just needed someone to help me get into my car asap! After a dozen calls to various locksmiths, I finally called Master Locksmith Store up on 336-525-5300. James got there in a flash! Well, not literally, but it only took him about ten minutes to get there! That was super fast! You know the best part? The prices! I had already whipped out a couple hundred bucks to hand out to him, but found the bill less than 50 bucks. I had called them up after midnight, and the fact that a firm was available in High Point to handle emergency requests with such rapid response, has enabled me to sleep much better at night… I highly recommend them to anyone who’s got a careless friend or relative like me! Pass on their number to them! You never know when they might misplace keys and end up needing locksmith assistance in the middle of the night!
As for Master Locksmith Store, keep up the good work guys! And thanks a million for being there when no else was! You definitely deserve a 10 on 10 for that!!!

I still had these conventional locks in my home, when all my neighbors had upgraded to newer versions. So, I figured it was time for a replacement and called Master Locksmith Store based on the recommendations of Jeff from next door!
Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company:
Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time
Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes
Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer
Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges
To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Hope this review helps someone who’s still struggling to find a good locksmith in High Point. Don’t think twice, call Master Locksmith Store up on 336-525-5300! Definitely, THE BEST!
