I would not recommend Raul to anyone. They worked on the renovations for our property before we purchased it. We experienced not one, but two leaks since purchasing. During the first leak that we encountered in the wall due to a failed shark bite, Raul and team were responsive and replaced our flooring and cabinets. The caveat, the flooring was not properly installed, the baseboards were reinstalled lazily, and while I paid full price for the cabinets, they were the wrong ones! They are similar, but they are different. The color is slightly off, the design is different, there are no top hand grooves, and all the cabinets are not level. To top it off, he said he would fix them and continued to tell us that he was going to pick up the replacements and fix the discrepancy. After delaying us, he blocked both my husband and I! We didn't bother reaching out after the second leak as it likely would've been fixed half-assed as well. Steer clear! Very unprofessional.
