Gina and the other woman made the worst experience of my life even more horrific. You will talk to them about money constantly (which is quoted incorrectly) for the first 24 hours till your payment and paper work are done. Then you will hear nothing for weeks. Then if you call and you are not married legally (27 years doesn't count) Gina will tell you that "you are nobody and maybe you should have married him" and to leave her alone. Mind you, still has my significant others body at this point. Now you and the kids can fight to get the cremains back including more paperwork that has already been done but obviously misplace by Gina. Start the nightmare over. When and if you get the cremains back they come in a cracker barrel bag. I believe in recycling but my dogs came back with more dignity after cremation. Go somewhere else and avoid the worst time of your life being ever worse.
