I recently got the 3G Trackimo device and works just great! It's very lightweight that comes with accessories to attach to your drone. The app is very user-friendly and updates the real-time location. Used it in some areas where the cellular connection is poor and it did get the location well. Very dependable.

Does a great job of tracking an object. First year of free service is great, then only $5/mo. after that. You can see object movement on a map, get email alerts, has a nice app for iOS and Android. You do not call this device to get an update, just login to the website or use the app. I have it attached to my DJI Phantom 2 Vision drone
