THIS IS A SCAM. Pico Financial is a totally phony company that has created an internet presence to make itself seem credible. It has no official licensing and its only credibility comes from Yelp reviews. They ask for all of your personal information without providing you any paperwork or guarantee of privacy. If you are considering using them, I would advise you to seek out a more credible vendor.
