I cannot express how wonderful this service was for me and my family! We have two children who spill everything! And a brand new puppy. You know what that means !!! Our carpets needed super cleaned. There were red makeup stains I had tried to get out on my own and was still visible. Steam master cleaned it in no time! They scrubbed areas before steaming. Not to mention the customer service was excellent! On time! Friendly! I honestly hate having people in my home, but Micheal was truly a delight! He was very respectful of me and my home! Honestly we will use them for all of our carpet cleaning in the future! Also as an added bonus they also do home repairs! They are fixing our window trim and honestly it's a great experience. Cleaned one room of carpet, one carpeted stairway, and some upholstered furniture. The team arrived promptly at the appointed time. They were courteous and professionally dressed. They got right to work. They cleaned one room of carpet, one carpeted stairway, one full size couch, one loveseat, and two chairs with ottomans. All the stains from the carpet are gone, and the house smells fresh and clean. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Steammasters did a wonderful job cleaning my large family room, living room, office and hallway. At the last minute, I asked they could clean two wing chairs and they said that would not be a problem. Everything looks bright and clean. The crew was polite, professional and very efficient. I'm planning on using them on my sons' college apartments later this year. I highly recommend this company.

These guys did an excellent job, cleaning my high traffic and heavily soiled areas until they looked almost new. Both of the techs were very polite, clean and very respectful of my home.
