I just bought a new house and wanted to change the locks before I moved my stuff in. My new neighbor suggested I call Central Locksmith Store. Great service from these guys! I needed new deadbolts and Eric believed I’d do well to get a Mul-T-Lock installed. He even offered me a great deal on it. I needed something that would match the color of the rest of the locks. . I feared that I’d have to wait for weeks for a custom order in the specific color to arrive. Thankfully, Eric had a huge collection in his van and I found the match in no time. Great service! It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! The firm I used to call up apparently went out of business years ago, so I took to the internet and found http://www.Cary.Central-Locksmith-Store.com. Central Locksmith Store had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure he’ll throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong… Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Central Locksmith Store for providing outstanding services in Cary. After a burglary attempt left me and my family rattled, I decided it was time to do something about it. A friend from work had only recently got a security overhaul done by Central Locksmith Store and couldn’t stop raving about them. I called them up on 919-355-5321 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Central Locksmith Store to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from Central Locksmith Store!!!
