Called Master Lock Key Store after the regular guy I used to hire denied service due to some reason. John is great! A professional through and through! He arrived quick, and had great recommendations for the new locks I needed installed in my premises. They had only the best products and the rates were definitely lower than what the other locksmith would have charged me! The entire job took John only about an hour. He went out of his way to explain the difference between the old and new locks and even gave me a few tips regarding their maintenance.
You get the complete package with Master Lock Key Store! I’m never hiring any other locksmith again! If I ever need locksmith services in Springfield Gardens, I’ll call John from Master Lock Key Store!!! These guys are the best!

Yes, finally a locksmith that’s as good as they claim to be!
Master Lock Key Store is awesome! I called them up for a nighlatch rim lock installation and I must say, I got it done at an unbelievable price! At first, I thought I’d read the bill wrong, but I didn’t! Seriously, their prices are the lowest in Springfield Gardens. Well, I’m planning on a security overhaul soon and guess who’ll be at the helm of it? Master Lock Key Store of course!

Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it with the spare I had. I called Master Lock Key Store on 516-468-6030! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away.
Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. He took one look at it and asked me if I’d got it made at a hardware shop. I did, yes, but how did he know that? Apparently, such stores use low-grade material and improper techniques to cut keys, hence, the absurdly short life. David got a new key made right there and I could definitely make out the difference in terms of quality. To my surprise, all this cost me less than what I’d paid at the store….
Thank you guys for doing incredible work in Springfield Gardens! I recommend Master Lock Key Store to everyone who doesn’t want to get ripped off in exchange for quality services. These guys from Master Lock Key Store truly deserve all the praise..
